1. Definitions
- "User" of “Consumer” refers to any person who purchases Glowming products via the website.
- "Supplier" refers to Glowming, the provider of goods and services.
- “Pouches” refers to the Glowming sealed pouch packages which each contain ten individual dry powder sachet drinks
- "CPA" refers to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
3. Consumer Rights
In accordance with the CPA, users are entitled to:
- Clear and understandable terms and conditions.
- Fair, just, and reasonable contract terms.
- Disclosure of all relevant information regarding products and services.
- Protection against unfair marketing and business practices.
- The right to return defective goods within the prescribed period.
4. Orders and Payment
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payment must be made via approved methods listed on the website.
5. Delivery
- Products will be delivered via a local third-party courier service (iDeliver).
- Cost of delivery will be calculated at checkout
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary and will be indicated at checkout.
- Glowming will notify users of any delays.
- Risk passes to the consumer upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Consumers may return Glowming pouches within 7 (seven) days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- The returned pouches must be in their original condition, sealed and unopened
- Goods returned must be received by Glowming within 30 (thirty) days of receipt by user
- Refunds will be processed within 10 (ten) business days of approval and paid back to the card or account which was used to make the original purchase.
7. Product Descriptions
Glowming strives to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. If a product is materially different, users may request a return or refund.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Glowming complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal data is collected only with consent and used solely for order processing, communication, and marketing (if opted-in).
9. Limitation of Liability
Glowming is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
11. Amendments
Glowming reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be notified of material changes via the website or email.
