Thanks for shopping at Glowming. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our premium, all natural products. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Glowming. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Glowming, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Glowming’s Privacy Policy.
At Glowming we commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best quality products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. Our products travel across land and sea to get to you and therefore minor damages to the outer packaging may occur. However, this does not affect the quality of your products which are safely sealed in strong sachets.
1. Definitions and key terms
To help explain things as clearly as possible, every time any of these terms are referenced they are defined as indicated below:
Glowming or "we” “us” or “our”: refers to Glowming South Africa
Services: refers to the services and products provided by and sold by Glowming.
Customer: refers to a person or company or organization that makes use of Glowming services, also referred to as "you" in the context of this policy
2. Return & Refund
In terms of the CPA, customers may return Glowming pouches within 7 (seven) days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The returned pouches must be in their original condition, sealed and unopened. Goods returned must be received by Glowming within 30 (thirty) days of receipt by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 10 (ten) business days of approval and paid back to the card or account which was used to make the original purchase
3. Shipping
Glowming is not responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping and courier services is for the cost of the customer, even if the item had free shipping to the customer.
4. Your Consent
By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
5. Ordering through third party platform
When ordering through a third-party platform you agree to the terms set out through that platform for returns, refunds, replacements. Terms and conditions set out by third party platforms are out of the control of Glowming.
6. Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy
We may from time to time update, amend or make any changes to this document so that it accurately reflects our service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the service, you will be bound by the updated terms herein. Should you not agree with any of the current or updated terms, you should not use the services and may delete your account with us.
