We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Glowming. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Glowming, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Glowming’s Privacy Policy.
At Glowming we commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best quality products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. Our products travel across land and sea to get to you and therefore minor damages to the outer packaging may occur. However, this does not affect the quality of your products which are safely sealed in strong sachets.
Return & Refund Policy
In terms of the CPA, consumers may return Glowming pouches within 7 (seven) days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The returned pouches must be in their original condition, sealed and unopened. Goods returned must be received by Glowming within 30 (thirty) days of receipt by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 10 (ten) business days of approval and paid back to the card or account which was used to make the original purchase
Shipping
Glowming is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.Your Consent
